Monday - Team workout!!
That video is from last year's Fight Gone Bad fundraiser for our troops. If anyone wants to do it with me this year let me know! There is no cost - donations are encouraged but optional.
Team Workout:
3 rounds:
- 30 Push-ups (new standard)
- 30 OH Squats (95/65)
3 rounds:
- 30 Wall Balls
(40/30)
- 50 sit-ups
3 rounds:
-30 weighted step up (50/30)
- 4 bear crawl laps across basketball court
Our first team workout! We'll see how it goes. In teams of 2, and in no specific order, complete the above rounds. One person rests while the other works.
