WARMUP:
- 3 minute plank hold
STRENGTH/SKILL:
- Overhead press 5-5-5+
CONDITIONING:
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 3 power cleans (135/95)
- 6 push-ups
- 9 knees to elbows
RESULTS:
- Dave: 115lbs, 13 rounds Rx
- Heather: 65lbs, 13 rounds + 2 cleans (65lbs)
