WARMUP:
- 3 minute plank hold
WORKOUT:
- Minute one: 1 Air Squat, 1 Box Jump, 1 Push-up
- Minute two: 2 Air Squats, 2 Box Jumps, 2 Push-ups- Minute three: 3 Air Squats, 3 Box Jumps, 3 Push-ups
- etc...
- go until you can't complete the number of reps during the minute
RESULTS:
- Dave: 17 completed, 12 push-ups
- Heather: 16 completed, 13 push-ups
- Todd: 15 completed, 14 push-ups
