The program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Wednesday - "Dirty"

This workout is in honor of Lauren's birthday!  She turns 27 today so we will be doing 27 of each of the following for time:

D: Dumbbell thrusters (45/25)
I: Inverted burpees
R: Reverse burpees
T: Turkish Get-Ups (45/25)
Y: You sick of push-ups yet?
