"The 300"

For time:
- 25 Pull Ups
- 50 Dead Lifts (135/95)
- 50 Push Ups
- 50 Bench Jumps
- 50 Sit ups
- 50 DB Cleans (35/25)
- 25 Pull Ups

This is the workout the actors in the movie The 300 used to benchmark their progress. We can get more fit than those sissies, right??
