- 30 push ups
- 30 OH Squats (95/65)
3 rounds for time with a partner:
- 30 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 50 Situps
3 rounds for time with a partner:
- 30 weighted stepups (50/30)
- 4 bear crawls across basketball court

One person works while the other rests.
